Website purpose

This website provides general information about construction, renovation and technical installation services and a way to send enquiries. Content is informational and may be updated without notice.

Browsing the site or submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, create a contract for works.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload or compromise the site or related systems.
• Submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content through forms or email.
• Use automated means to submit spam or scrape the site in a way that impairs its operation.

Enquiries and contracts

Enquiries may be sent through the contact form (name, email, subject and message; optional property details, photos or plans; leave the honeypot “website” field empty) or by email to azuricospain@outlook.com.

There is no online contracting or checkout on this website. Any works agreement, scope, price, timetable and payment terms would be agreed separately in writing if both parties decide to proceed.

Responses to enquiries are not binding quotations unless expressly stated in a separate written offer.

Information submitted by users

If you voluntarily submit information, photographs, drawings, plans or other materials in connection with an enquiry, you are responsible for ensuring that the material is lawful, relevant to the enquiry and that you are permitted to share it with AZURICO SL.

Submitting material for enquiry review does not transfer ownership of that material to AZURICO SL. By sending it, you permit AZURICO SL to review and use the material solely for the purpose of assessing and responding to your enquiry.

These website terms do not grant AZURICO SL broad, permanent or commercial rights over materials you submit for enquiry purposes.

Consumer information

Where Spanish consumer law applies, including Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these website terms.

Because this website does not conclude distance contracts for construction works online, the specific distance-selling formalities and withdrawal rules that apply to certain online purchases are not automatically engaged by browsing or sending an enquiry. If a later contract is concluded by other means, the legal characterisation of that contract and any applicable consumer remedies will depend on its terms and on mandatory law.

Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Cancellations, withdrawal and refunds

This website has no online checkout, does not accept online payments and does not directly process purchases, returns or refunds. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and therefore does not itself trigger a cancellation or refund process.

If a separate service agreement is later concluded, cancellation terms, deposits, ordered materials, work already performed and any applicable refund arrangements must be addressed in the relevant quotation or contract, subject to mandatory Spanish law.

Where a distance or off-premises consumer contract is concluded and a statutory withdrawal right applies under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, that right and its applicable exceptions must be respected. Where a consumer expressly requests that performance begin during an applicable withdrawal period, the consequences of that request must be explained and documented in the relevant agreement.

Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

If you are a consumer, disputes may be brought before the courts of your place of residence in accordance with mandatory consumer protection rules. Nothing in these terms requires consumers to litigate exclusively in the courts of Valencia.

If you are not a consumer, the courts of Valencia, Spain, shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
