This Privacy Policy explains how AZURICO SL (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use https://azurico-sl.com or contact us about construction, renovation or technical installation work.
The data controller is:
This notice covers personal data processed in connection with this website and related enquiries. It does not replace any separate privacy terms that may appear in a written project agreement if one is later concluded offline.
This website is used to present information and to receive enquiries. It does not provide online contracting for works.
Depending on how you contact us, we may process:
We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
For the current contact form, name, email address, subject and message are required so that we can identify the enquiry and reply. Additional property information, photographs, plans or measurements are voluntary unless later required for a separate project assessment outside this website form.
If required fields are incomplete, we may be unable to review or answer the enquiry. Submitting a form does not guarantee a response or acceptance of a project.
We process personal data for the following purposes, under the GDPR legal bases indicated:
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance those interests against your rights and expectations as a visitor or enquirer.
You may contact us through:
Submitting an enquiry does not create a works contract. Any project agreement would be arranged separately, outside online checkout.
We keep enquiry-related personal data for as long as needed to assess and respond to your request. We may retain or restrict certain records for longer where required for legal claims or legal obligations.
If a separate project agreement is later concluded, accounting and other statutory retention periods may apply to related records under that relationship.
Privacy preference storage in the browser is retained for up to 180 days, as explained in the Cookie Policy.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only where necessary to operate the website, deliver email communications, obtain professional advice, or comply with the law.
When the contact page loads the embedded Google Map, Google may process technical data under Google’s own terms, as described in the Cookie Policy.
If a technical, hosting, email, map or other service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism must apply (for example, an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
This section does not state that such transfers necessarily occur for every visit. Where Google Maps is used on the contact page, it applies when that page’s embedded map connects to Google, as already described in the Cookie Policy.
We use proportionate organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please take care when sending confidential project information by email or web form.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and protection from decisions based solely on automated processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise your rights, email azuricospain@outlook.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): https://www.aepd.es. Linking to the AEPD does not mean that the Agency has reviewed or approved this policy.
This website and AZURICO SL’s construction services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly request project enquiries from children.
Under Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD), where processing is based on consent and involves a child under fourteen, the authorisation of a parent or legal guardian is required. If you believe a child has provided personal data through this website without such authorisation, please contact us at azuricospain@outlook.com so that we can delete the data where appropriate.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Details of browser storage, optional categories and the contact-page Google Map embed are set out in our Cookie Policy. You can reopen preference settings at any time via Cookie Settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The current version published on this page applies from the time it is made available.
